No. We bring everything: vacuum, mop, microfiber cloths, and pet- and kid-safe cleaning products. If you prefer specific products, we'll happily use what you provide instead.
A standard clean for an average home runs 2 to 3 hours. Deep cleans take 4 to 6. Move-in and move-out cleans depend on the property. We'll give you a precise estimate when we quote.
Yes. Fully insured and bonded for your home and our work. Background-checked. Proof of insurance available on request.
Most clients aren't. We'll arrange access however works best for you: keypad code, lockbox, hidden key, or you can be home. Whatever you prefer.
We come back and make it right at no extra cost. If something was missed or doesn't meet our standard, we want to know, and we want to fix it.
Most cleans are flat-rate based on home size and service type. We'll give you a clear quote up front. No surprise charges, no hourly meter running. Recurring clients get 15% off every visit.
